藍地，是許多腳步與語言相遇的社區。作為彼此的鄰居，我們能否從一個微笑，延伸至一桌分享？
在【百好多元文化廚房】，不必登機，也能讓味蕾當護照；用一口甜，走進另一種生活的溫度。

這一次，街坊 Sophia 將帶大家用印尼名物 Indomie 麵，親手做一道香口披薩，再淋上印尼風味咖喱汁，化作大小皆愛的家常美味。

在備料與品嚐之間，我們也會一起認識印尼的貨幣、語言、地理、民間藝術、兒歌與童玩……並聆聽 Sophia 分享她在香港工作、生活的日常故事。

[Pak-Ho Multicultural Kitchen | Indomie Noodle Pizza 🍕]

Lam Tei is a neighbourhood where many footsteps and tongues meet. As neighbours, might a single smile widen into a table we share? At Pak-Ho Multicultural Kitchen, there’s no need to board a plane—let your taste buds be your passport; with a bite of sweetness, step into the warmth of another way of life.

This time, our neighbour Sophia will guide everyone to make, by hand, a moreish pizza using the Indonesian favourite, Indomie noodles, then finish it with an Indonesian-style curry sauce—a homely delight loved by young and old.

Between preparing and tasting, we will also explore Indonesia together: its currency, languages, geography, folk arts, children’s songs and games… and listen as Sophia shares everyday stories of working and living in Hong Kong.

Notes
- Please bring your own utensils (bowl and spoon) to lighten the burden on the environment and add a touch of care.
- The pizza will be made jointly by Sophia and participants; the curry sauce will be prepared in advance.
